This Antiallergic Pinch Dog Collar is a Martingale model, thus the choking is regulated by the chain that connects the links together. This chain is equipped with two massive rings that are intended for a leash attachment. There is also a Herm Sprenger plate that connects the links with prongs in the middle of the collar length. Besides, the links are removable, so you can regulate the size of this supply. One link adds 2/5 inch ( 3.5 cm ). The prongs are wide enough not to hurt your pet while choking - 3.25 mm (1/8 inch). Thus this pinch collar is maximally safe for walking and obedience training. But still it is recommended to follow the main rules of pinch collar usage:
- do not leave a dog without supervision;
- to use a pinch collar of the proper size;
